CSR commitments and sustainable production
At SERSYS, responsible development means considering the environmental, social, ethical and economic impact of our decisions. Our CSR policy is organised around three commitments that guide our operations and support the continuous improvement of our practices.
Based in Taverny, France, we combine local manufacturing and shorter supply chains with a focus on product durability, eco-design and responsible end-of-life management. Our ISO 9001-certified quality management system supports the reliability of our products and processes.
Reducing our environmental impact
We reduce energy use, emissions, water consumption and waste across our operations. Eco-design guides our choices from materials and manufacturing to packaging and end-of-life treatment. We favour durable, recyclable materials and support responsible recovery through EPDs, WEEE and PMCB schemes.
Supporting and involving our people

Doing business responsibly
We support local employment, French suppliers and shorter supply chains wherever appropriate. Responsible purchasing, ethical business practices and transparent product information guide our relationships with customers, distributors and partners, helping us create lasting regional value and contribute to shared sustainable-development objectives.
End-of-life and recycling of your equipment
SERSYS complies with the WEEE and PMCB schemes. Requesting the take-back of an end-of-life product is simple, using its serial number.
